I've never kidded myself that life will be easier when I leave my job, but I really prefer to choose my stress. My kids are grown and out of the house so I have that in my favor (although I've yet to notice any reduction in requests for things...hmmm). I think that boundaries will also be an issue for me and something I will start working on *before* I have to. Sometimes you have to follow your dreams and keep in mind that part about the journey and not the destination.
